    Ultrapure water system

    Ultrapure water system

     

    the system is from raw water to ultrapure water the complete production system. the general ultrapure water is generated through multiple filtration, ion exchange, degassing, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet ray, ultrafiltration, nano rate, ion adsorption.

    Process

    1. prefilteration: Reverse osmosis - purification tank - ion exchanger - uv lamp - pure water pump - water points

    2.prefilteration:  1stage reverse osmosis - 2stages reverse osmosis (positive reverse osmosis membrane)- purification tank - pure water pump - uv lamp - water points

    3.prefilteration: Reverse osmosis - the intermediate water tank - intermediate water pump - EDI device - purification tank - pure water pump - uv lamp - water points

    4. prefilteration: ultraviolet sterilization device - 1stage RO device - 2stages RO device to the intermediate water tank, EDI device - deoxidization device - nitrogen sealed the pure water tank -TOC Dislodge UV device - polishing - the ultrafiltration device - water points 

     

    the water quality can reach the standard of US ASTM. the electronic ministry ultrapure water water quality standards (18MΩ*cm15MΩ*cm2MΩ*cm0.5MΩ*cm , four levels)

    the Reverse osmosis ultrapure water system adopt different process according to the raw water quality . normally , 

    the tap water , after the 1stage RO filter system , the conductivity is lower than <10-20μS/cm, after 2stage RO system ,conductivity is lower than  5μS/c, and when using the ion exchange equipment or EDI system after the RO system , the conductivity can be 18μS/c. when it is polluted, the output water quality will be changed too.

    1.Pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system - the intermediate water tank - coarse mixed bed- fine mixed bed -pure water tank -  pure water pump-uv sterilizer- polishing mixed bed- precision water filters - usage ( 18 m Ω. CM)(traditional)

    2.Pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system - the intermediate water tank-water pump-EDI device- purification water tank- pure water pump- Uv sterilizer - polishing mixed bed-0.2 or 0.5um precision water filters-usage ( 18 m Ω. CM) (new technology)

    3.Pretreatment to 1stage  reverse osmosis- dosing machine (PH adjustment) to the intermediate water tank- 2stage reverse osmosis (positive reverse osmosis membrane)-- pure water tank-  pure water pump - EDI device- uv sterilizer - 0.2 or 0.5um precision water filter, -usage  (or 17 m Ω. CM) (the latest technology)

    4. pretreatement -reverse osmosis- intermediate water tank - water pump-EDI device- pure water pump--  Uv sterilizer --0.2 or 0.5um precision water filters-usage ( 15 m Ω. CM) (new technology)

    5.pretreatement -reverse osmosis- intermediate water tank - pure water pump-coarse mixed bed- fine mixed be-Uv sterilizer- precision water filters-usage ( 15 m Ω. CM)
