Water Quality Testing & Site Surveying
Since all household water treatment machine such as central water purification equipment, water softener and water purifier have certain requirement on their installation position with every household has its specific condition, the water treatment designer will carry out site surveying to collect more detailed information. In addition, we will provide water quality testing especially that of chlorine retention, hardness and TDS for the owners in response to our customer's demands.

Careful Project Design
Water treatment designer will provide customized solutions according to customers' feedback and the information collected from the site. The project will strictly record the product type, specification, utility, installation position and quotation and we will inform the customer of the reserved requirements in the pipeline of the concealed work so that the machine can be installed successfully.

Professional Installation & Detailed Dubugging
The customer service department will call the customer to confirm the concrete installation schedule and the fitment progress. The on-site installation will be finished within a half day. After the on-site debugging and practical operating, the relevant information will be informed to the customer. The machine debugging will make sure that it is adjusted to normal working state. After all the procedures, the owner makes signature confirmation.

Thoughtful After Sale Service Makes You Everything Alright
For those potential machine errors, our customer service staff will inform the technicians to deal with it as soon as they get the information. They will also friendly remind the customer to exchange filter element according to their information, but the exchange will be charged with certain fees for the cost.
